A primary goal of our Center is to provide compound libraries to biological collaborators for screens in novel assays. We can provide samples of discovery as well as focused libraries in upto 0.5 mg quantities in 96-well plate format. While at this time we are particularly interested in collaborations with academic groups, we will also explore suitable industrial contacts. In all cases, we adhere to IP policies of the University of Pittsburgh, and material transfer as well as confidentiality agreements will have to be signed by both parties. The University of Pittsburgh's office of technology management and office of research maintain an updated list of standard agreements [view forms] that cover most scenarios and will ensure proper protection of intellectual properties and future patentability of inventions, including composition of matter.
